All Sales Are Final (With Exceptions Below)
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final once an order has been processed.

Eligible Refund Situations (Strictly Limited):

  • Item arrives damaged or defective
  • Wrong item received

Requirements for Claims:

  • Must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Must include clear photo/video evidence
  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

Non-Eligible Situations:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect address entered at checkout
  • Delays caused by carriers
  • Minor cosmetic packaging damage

Chargebacks
Attempting a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your claim being disputed with evidence of delivery and policy agreement.

Resolution Options
If approved, we may offer:

  • Replacement (preferred)
  • Store credit
  • Refund (case-by-case only)
